Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped one to two days after payment processing. Please keep in mind that we are not open weekends and holidays, so orders placed after 3pm EST Friday, or the day before a holiday, will most likely be shipped out the following one or two business days. 

Shipping Update

We are dedicated to getting your orders to you as soon as possible. In the past we have depended heavily on Canada Post as our primary carrier. However, the current strike has compelled us to switch almost entirely to other carriers, and we have been favorably impressed with the options available. 

Our shipping carriers are chosen based on the destination and dimensions of the package. If you require specific carriers, please note that in your order notes. Our current carriers include:

PO Boxes

If a PO box is the only option for you, we will send it there. However, be advised that with the current strike, orders will be majorly delayed. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Local Pickup at our warehouse is available for orders placed at least 24 hours prior.

 

Upon arrival of your order, please examine the contents. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately.

  • Return for Refund - within 30 days from purchase date
  • Return for Credit on Account - within 90 days from purchase date 
  • Exchange - within 90 days from purchase date 

Only unopened product can be returned for credit, refund or exchange. No Credit, Exchange, or Refund will be accepted after 90 days from purchase date.

** Books, Teas, Bulk Herbs, and Special Orders cannot be returned. **
